Blueberry Pie

Full of deliciousness, this Blueberry pie contains wonderful wild blueberries. The flavorful filling is the star of the show; it has just enough sugar added to bind it together -less than 1 cup!- so it stays beautifully in the crust without spilling out when cut.  The crust is no slouch either – solid, but light, it won’t crumble to pieces as it’s cut and enjoyed.
